Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

How to Start a Return

1. Email jacob@valuablegear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.
4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Eligible Items

• Items in original, unused condition
• Items with original packaging and tags attached
• Items purchased directly from valuablegear.com

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Items with removed or damaged tags
• Clearance or final sale items (marked at time of purchase)
• Perishable goods (treats, food items)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Start the process the same way — email us with your order number and what you'd like instead. If the replacement item is higher in price, we'll send a secure payment link for the difference.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at jacob@valuablegear.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge and cover return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the return, plus additional time for your bank to post the credit.
