Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on destination and package weight. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for eligible items. Some larger or heavier items may require a physical address.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at jacob@valuablegear.com.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ship a replacement at no charge.
For lost packages, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We'll file a claim and send a replacement if the carrier confirms it lost.
